FAQ's

1) How do I place an order: Simply go to our products page, enter the quantity of any item(s) you would like to rent in the window to the right of the product and prices.  Do this for each product you would like us to deliver.  When you are done selecting items, fill out the form at the bottom of the page with your billing address and phone numbers along with the resort or property address and dates of travel.  Click the box to accept the Liability Waiver and then click on the submit order button.  After we receive the order we will contacted you within 24 hours to confirm the order, a credit card will be required at this time to secure the rental.  Feel free to call us anytime to ask any questions (760) 861-6410.

2) Can I make changes to my order: Yes, you may make changes to your order up until 24 hours prior to delivery.

3) When does my rental term begin: your rental begins on the day of delivery and ends on the last day of use.  The pick up day is not considered a day of use (unless special arrangements have been made to pick up in the evening) and will not be billed.

4) Payment: We accept most major credit cards, travelers checks and cash.
