Terms and Conditions

1) Cancellation Policy: There will be no charge for orders cancelled with 24 hours notice. Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the delivery fee and or equivalent thereof. If no one is available at the location at the agreed upon delivery time we will have to reschedule and an additional delivery fee will be applied.

2) Delivery and Pick Up Policy: We deliver seven days a week between 7a - 5p.  We require a minimum 4 hour window of time during the holiday's and peak of season (January - May).  You can make arrangements with your resort and or property manager for us to deliver prior to your arrival, and pick up after your departure, or we can meet you at your resort and or property after you arrive and just prior to your departure. We are required to assemble and disassemble all full size cribs and we are not allowed to install car seats. Operation manuals are available upon request.  If you require further assistance the California Highway Patrol is authorized to install car seats.
