Important Delivery Information

Delivery and pickup windows are important. We typically deliver in the afternoon and pick up in the morning, based on standard check-in and check-out times.

Desert Baby Rentals does not have a storefront — all orders are delivery-based.

How to Place an Order

1. Browse products and select the items you’d like to rent
2. Proceed to checkout and complete your reservation
3. Enter all required delivery and contact information
4. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours

Delivery Options

Private Residences

We deliver and set up equipment inside your home, including cribs and beds.

Rental Properties

Many desert homes are located in gated communities with restrictions. You must ensure access is arranged ahead of time.

• Provide gate codes or notify security
• Coordinate with your property manager
• Ensure access during delivery window

If access is not provided and we must reschedule, an additional fee may apply.

Common gated zip codes:
92264, 92270, 92211, 92260, 92210, 92253

Hotels

Deliveries are typically made through the hotel bell desk. Please include your reservation name and notify the hotel in advance.

Tip: Many hotels only provide Pack n Plays — if you need a full-size crib, be sure to confirm.

Porch Delivery

Porch or side-yard delivery is available if a safe, shaded location is provided. You are responsible for items left outside.

Making Changes to Your Order

Changes can be made through your account using the order editing feature.

1. Log in and go to "My Orders"
2. Select your order
3. Make changes and click "Confirm Order Updates"

Changes within 24 hours of delivery must be made by calling 760.861.6410.

All changes are subject to availability and confirmed via email.

Billing Information

Your credit card will be verified and charged once your order is placed.

Any refunds or adjustments from changes or cancellations will be applied to the original payment method.
