Key Rental Policies

Delivery & Pickup: Deliveries typically occur in the afternoon and pickups in the morning, based on standard check-in and check-out times.

No Storefront: Desert Baby Rentals is a delivery-only service. We do not offer in-store pickup.

Changes: Orders may be modified up to 24 hours prior to delivery (subject to availability).

Rental Period: Begins on delivery day (evening) and ends on the final night of use. Pickup day is not billed.

Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before delivery → Full refund minus $20 fee
• 4–7 days → 50% product refund (delivery included) minus $20 fee
• Within 3 days → No product refund (delivery refunded only)
• Same-day cancellation → Charged in full
• No refunds after delivery or early termination

Holiday Policy: Extended timelines apply (14+ days full refund, 8–14 partial, within 7 days no product refund).

Delivery & Access Requirements

Many desert communities are gated and may have delivery restrictions (holidays, Sundays, after 5pm, etc.).

You are responsible for:

• Providing gate codes or notifying security
• Coordinating with host/property manager
• Ensuring access for delivery and pickup

If access is not available and we must reschedule, additional fees may apply.

Hotels: Items must be returned to the bell desk at pickup time. Do not leave items in your room after checkout.

Porch Delivery: You are responsible for items left outside. Please place them in a secure location.

Damage, Loss & Cleaning

• No food/drinks in equipment (water is OK)
• No sand in strollers
• Items must be returned clean and complete
• Cleaning fees start at $35+
• Renter is responsible for damage, loss, or theft

If items are lost at a hotel or rental property, you have 72 hours to recover them before replacement charges apply.

Car Seats & Equipment Use

We do not install car seats.

Instruction labels are provided, and YouTube or local fire stations can assist.

Full-size cribs cannot be transported in your vehicle — contact us to arrange relocation.
